Luca Jacopo Lauri

A graduate of the University of Milan, Luca works as a lawyer authorized to practice before the high courts.

He has gained considerable experience in the field of criminal law assisting both natural and legal persons in significant national and international proceedings.
His areas of expertise cover crimes against the Public Administration, criminal law in relation to tax, corporate, finance and economic matters, with a particular focus on the provision of legal assistance to natural and legal persons, both listed and unlisted on securities markets, also in relation to the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001 and to any liability arising pursuant to occupational health and safety laws.

He has also gained significant experience in defending natural and legal persons in cases concerning transnational money laundering.
He works in Italian and English.
