Luca Jacopo Lauri

A graduate of the University of Milan, Luca works as a lawyer authorized to practice before the high courts.

He has gained extensive experience in the field of criminal law by assisting individuals and legal entities in the most relevant national and international trials.
Specialized in the areas of crimes against public administration, tax, corporate, financial and economic criminal law, with particular regard to the assistance in court of listed and unlisted individuals and legal entities on the securities markets, including in relation to the administrative liability of entities under Leg. n. 231/2001 and to any liability arising pursuant to occupational health and safety laws.

He has also gained significant and consolidated experience in defending individuals and legal entities in transnational money laundering cases.
He works in Italian and English.
