Gaia Fassoli

Gaia graduated from the University of Padua where she completed a dissertation on comparative criminal procedural law (“La prova del DNA. Una comparazione tra sistema inglese e italiano” – DNA evidence. A comparison of the English and Italian systems). She works in the field of criminal law, focusing in particular on economic and bankruptcy matters.

She has gained extensive experience in the field of corporate compliance and in establishing organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. n. 231/2001.

She is registered with the Milan Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
