Lawyer Federico Scafuri

Federico graduated from the University of Milan where he completed a dissertation on corporate criminal law (“La bancarotta preferenziale e il concorso dell’extraneus” -Fraudulent preference and the involvement of the extraneus).

Prior to joining our law firm, he completed an internship in a Milanese firm specialized in criminal economic law.

He works in Italian and English.
