Graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan with a thesis in criminal law entitled “The Crime of Maltreatment in the Family. Criminological profiles and de iure condendo reflections.”

He is practicing law in the area of criminal law, with special reference to criminal law of economics and administrative liability of entities under Leg. 231/2001.
