Graduated from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, with a thesis in commercial criminal law entitled “Prevention of corruption and criminal liability of entities: the case of pharmaceutical companies.”

He is practicing law in the area of criminal law, with special reference to criminal law of economics and administrative liability of entities under Leg. 231/2001.
