Alessandro Viglione

Alessandro is a graduate of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan where he completed his dissertation on criminal commercial law (“L’aggiotaggio Manipolativo” – Market Manipulation). At the same university, he also completed a Master’s degree in Corporate Criminal Law and wrote his thesis on criminal tax law (“Il doppio binario sanzionatorio in materia tributaria alla luce della giurisprudenza comunitaria” – The two-track tax penalty system in light of Community case law).

Practices as a lawyer licensed to practice before the Superior Jurisdictions.
Specializes in criminal law of economics, with particular reference to criminal tax law, criminal law of financial markets, bankruptcy crimes, criminal banking and corporate law, accidents at work, environmental criminal law, administrative liability of the entity and compliance under Leg. n. 31/2001, an area in which he gained extensive experience including in relation to the establishment of organizational models.

He is the author of publications and contributions in the field of business criminal law and sits on the Supervisory Board of leading companies and entities.
He works in Italian, English and Spanish.
