Alessandro is a graduate of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan where he completed his dissertation on criminal commercial law (“L’aggiotaggio Manipolativo” – Market Manipulation). At the same university, he also completed a Master’s degree in Corporate Criminal Law and wrote his thesis on criminal tax law (“Il doppio binario sanzionatorio in materia tributaria alla luce della giurisprudenza comunitaria” – The two-track tax penalty system in light of Community case law).

He is authorized to practice before the high courts.
He specializes in criminal economic law, focusing in particular on criminal law in relation to taxation, financial markets, bankruptcy, banking and businesses, accidents at work, and the environment. He also has expertise in the administrative liability of entities and compliance pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 31/2001, an area in which he gained extensive experience including in relation to the establishment of organizational models.

He is the author of various publications and contributions on criminal economic law and sits on the supervisory boards of leading companies and organizations.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
